Michael is a licenced valuer with over 25 years experience in the commercial property market, and having been involved in Commercial valuations, Commercial sales and leasing and property management for a listed Funds Manager.  Former employers include HTW, LMW, Opteon, Westpac, Raine and Horne Commercial, Department of Housing & Public Works and Knight Frank.  He has been involved in in retail site selection, feasibilities, and Design and Construct industrial developments.

Michael owns commercial real estate and has undertaken his own small scale residential developments.

Former franchise owner of an international serviced apartment business.  Michael has an in depth understanding knowledge of the commercial and industrial property market.

Areas of specialisation include: management rights, motels, service stations, child care, and other going concerns.
